Grey Forest is a wonderful small natural gas company serving thousands of families in NW Bexar County and San Antonio.

Compared to CPS, a joy to do business with... We've been pleased with our service from Grey Forest Utilities. Unlike many other utilities, when you call them you will actually get a human being not a robot..they actually set an appointment to meet....rather than sometime tomorrow morning between 8 and noon...or sometime tomorrow afternoon between 1 and 5. Their employees are prompt and professional.

Choose another company. Grey Forest Utilities are terrible. We suspected a gas leak in our house and they came out and turned off the gas and then put a lock on a Friday. We called a plumber to come out and fix the leak that evening, he had to come out twice because there was a lock on our utilities. After the plumber fixed the leak, Grey Forest would not come and take the lock off because Saturday and Sunday is for emergencies only. I have 4 kids. I can not cook for them and can not bathe them all weekend and get them ready for school. It is expensive to eat out twice a day for a family of 6. Choose another utility company
