UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. We carry great product we have new way of doing buissness the most important thing i want the customers to know is if you come to rnd sounds to get a stereo then afterward your driving down the street with your friend and you turn the volume up and you look over to your friend and say that sounds good with a smile. Know if u get the opposite reaction you turn it up and say it sounds good but then me personally the owner dennis cosby has not done his job and that is my motto. So come in and see us youll have a smile on ur face when you leave i promise.
THE PLACE TO GO. I FOUND THE OWNER TO BE FORTHCOMING WITH INFO ON HOW A INSTALL IS DONE! HE CORRECTED ANOTHER SHOPS MISTAKES AND I WILL BE GOING HERE FOR ALL MY UP GRADES !
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT GO HERE FOR CAR AUDIO INSTALLATION!!!.
To all who consider going to RND Sounds let me tell you that you should avoid this establishment at all cost. They boast about winning all kinds of car audio awards, but that was a long time ago. The audio installers working there have no idea what they are doing... I had speakers that were wired backwards, amps falling down in my trunk and I was charged for dynamat that wasn't even installed. I went back two times to get the job fixed but they were unwilling to make right, and tried several times to talk to the owner, Raymond Davila, who ended up hanging up on me whenever I would try to call to talk to him. Do yourself a favor and drive on into Austin and go to this place:
Alpha Audio
801 E William Cannon Dr Ste 125 (Cross Street: IH-35 & William Cannon)
Austin, TX 78745
(512) 326-2004
These guys are real professionals that know what they are doing. I was in and out of this place in about three hours and they had fixed everything that was wrong with the install that RND Sounds did, plus they put in the dynamat, added a grill for my subwoofer. After going to Alpha Audio my car was sounding great and the install looked real clean! Go to Alpha Audio and stay way clear of RND Sounds!
Would not use again if it was free!. I took my Nautique in for amplifier and subwoofer installation. They tore my upholstery while installing. The guy in the shop admitted it was done at the shop. The owner came out and denied it. My daughter pointed out the tear was fresh & he had it patched (after 3 trips). Guy doing the install admits my detail kit was in the boat and he moved it. I went back and asked for it and they assured me it was in the boat but it was not. They drilled a ?? hole in my factory tower overlapping the existing hole to pull another wire (dealer says my warranty is void now. The battery runs down overnight. Money not a consideration. Would have paid twice as much for a good job. Will take to another shop to fix it. Hearing all the horror stories from other customers and his friends now.
