Will take your money and run. My daughter went for an eye exam here and had to get glasses. After waiting a week and a half they came in, my husband took her to pick them up. It was an hour and a half before they were to close and the staff was visible through the windows but the door was locked and they refused to come to the door. When I called to find out the problem all I got was a voice mail and no return phone call. They did not waste anytime filing for reimbursement from our insurance or taking our copay money. Now we are stuck with no way to get her glasses and no way to get a replacement from someone else. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - I was trying to use the local place instead of the franchise, guess I won't do that again.

Not impressed. I felt that the doctor rushed me through the exam and did not explain why I needed glasses to correct my vision. I had to ask him what my vision was, and it seemed like he was going through the motions. They didnt have a large selection of glasses either..

Awesome Doctor, Wonderful Eye Care. I highly reccommend this doctor for your eye care. I've been going to him for about 10 years, and he is great. He is fun to talk to, he is very gentle, and he really cares about your eyes. It is very easy to relax in his office. I started going to him as a child...about 11-12 years old, and I was even comfortable with him then. There is an HEB right across the street, with a shopping center that includes a Subway. There is a sonic across the street as well, and a NAPA Auto Parts, just in case you need one. There are also 2 convenience stores on the corner very near it, and there is a good small town restaurant right down the street, as well as a couple of bar & grills. It is on the outskirts of San Antonio, where there are some amazing views around the area, and it is not far from Canyon Lake.
