Being a contractor myself, an electrician, and when I couldn't figure out why my air conditioning unit was having electrical issues, All Pro could. These guys are fast, knowledgeable, and professional. I will be calling them again for any plumbing or air conditioning issues that arise, due to their service and competitive prices.

I have used your plumbing services several times now, and have been delighted each time. The two instances that stand out in my memory were both commode replacements, one in my grandmother's house and the other in a rental house. Grandmother is extremely proud of her little home, and she beamed from ear to ear as she told me how careful your tech was to not drip on her carpet and leave the work area neater than he found it! In the rental house, the commode had a minor manufacturer's defect. Your tech came back and fixed the problem, quickly, efficiently and without charging us for the call! Kudos on a well-run operation. It's refreshing to finally see a plumbing company take customer service seriously.

People are always quick to criticize when things go wrong, and usually don't say anything when things go right. With this in mind, I wanted to take the time to compliment you and your company for their great service, and especially their attention to the customer. We have had several situations where a Mr. Appliance customer has needed the service of a plumbing company. These situations range from needing a garbage disposal installed to clearing a blocked drain for their washing machine. In every case, when we have followed up with the customer, Texas All Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air had handled their need. At Mr. Appliance of San Antonio, we value our customers, and work hard to retain their trust in our company. One morning, my wife called and said water was in the wash (washer & dryer) room and in the garage. The flame on the hot water heater had shot outside of its confined area and melted the drain nozzle and water was leaking out. I called Texas All Pro and they sent a man that day and replaced the hot water heater. Great job and quick! Since then I had them install a water softener to help this water heater last longer.

Prompt service (from answering 1AM call to repair). Repairman provided comprehensive inspection of AC. Prices are in a laminated book & include the cost of part(s) labor so you know everyone pays the same rate.

I would like to thank you and your staff for their prompt response and service. The service tech, Jeremy, was very understanding and courteous. He was very knowledge. The hot water tank was leaking at the top valve and very rusted. He replaced the hot water tank. He explained the different types your company offered and their costs. The work was completed in quick fashion. I would highly recommend them.

Hi, over the week-end I was searching for a plumber but was unsuccessful. Til I got in contact with Texas Allpro. They came to my rescue and did a great job. Recommend to everyone.
