When the fridge was first purchased they took two day to deliver it (promised same day) when they finally delivered the fridge they set it up and left. two days latter the fridge stopped working. I called they came out the next day and said by the end of the day I would have a new one. two days later they finally bring another one. they did not deliver it till 7pm at night when I was about to leave. they delivery man hooked it up and we both left. I returned about 2-3 hours later to find roaches crwaling all over my kitchen coming from the seams of the fridge. This caused me to have a severe panic attack and spray the whole kitchen with bug spray (I had to have some one drive over bring me roach spray and to help calm me down) Next morning I called and explained to them what happened they came right out to pick up the fridge and said they would have someone come out and spray and clean and replace the fridge. yesterdays (six days after they took the fridge) they had someone come out and place roach bait in my apartment and said the next day they would have my kitchen cleaned and a new fridge, the next day they never showed up. this morning I called and told them it needed to be done today. the delivery guy delivered it around 2pm today I looked at it and told him it was the same infested fridge and ontop of that it was now filthy. he told me to call the company and so I did. I let them know this was unacceptable and someone still needs to come clean. the employee to me to "quit ******** and ***** off" and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the owner and she told me too bad they were not doing anything else.

Terrible. Purchased a broken dryer. Brought it back and was told it worked well enough. Battled to return it for another one. Also did not work. Won't repair it and won't take it back. Don't buy there. Don't believe the false warranty claim.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Sold us a refrigerator that did not work. It came with warranty. What good is warranty when nobody will come and fix it. It has just been an on going battle between the phone. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

This company does not deserve a star, but had to put one down for this to go through.

SOLD us broken appliances. Sold us a broken Washer and after delivery refuses to refund due to "No refund policy". Called and scheduled repair and repairman never came. After phone tag for 5 days we were told that we are out of the way and that its not convient for them right now!!!! So apparently we need to just deal with not having a washer right now, since they are tired of hearing from us. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THEM!!!

Great appliances and sevices. I have few rental properties here in san antonio and they have the best appliances with really great prices i like many of friends have been using them for many years and i have always received great services from repairs to deliveries. i would recommend this place to anyone that needs any help with appliances they are very helpful and i will continue to use them for all my properties !!

PURELY THIEFS!!!!!!. Almost every single appliance that I have bought from this place has needed to be repaired or replaced! They have taken as long as 4 days!! to delivery!!!! And as long as 5 months to even begin to repair!!!!! Do NOT use these people!!!! They will sell you crud and try to get away with it!! I ONLY place this on here so that some one else doesnt make the same mistake I did by given these people TONS of buisness!!
