Cheap Eats. Their lunch menu is limited, but you can order from the regular menu if you want. The food is always served hot, fresh and quick. Food is tasty and seasoned well, I love their hot and sour soup, don't care much for the egg drop soup or the egg rolls...it's greasy to me. Service is good, place is small so there can be a short wait. Lunch is cheap for about five bucks you get iced tea, fried rice, egg roll and entree, add a cup of egg drop soup for a quarter. Awesome Chinese Food At Awesome Prices!!!. I Love This Place So Much!! Me And My Family Go Here For Chinese All The Time, Whether It's For Lunch Or Dinner. They Have Lunch Specials For $3.75 Which Includes Iced Tea. I Always Get The Lemon Chicken Or Sesame Chicken, Also Orange Chicken. All Very Good. It's Somewhat Small But Very Clean And They Bring Your Food Out Quickly. The Owner Is A Very Nice Woman As Well. I Recommend That You Go Here At Least Once To See If You Like It. I Know You Will. Great food at a GREAT price!. Golden Kirin has some of the best lunch specials at unbeatable prices! You definitely get more than your money's worth! The food is DELICIOUS and the service is fast and friendly. As an appetizer I recommend their Cream Cheese filled Crab Rangoons (Simply to die for!). As a main dish I love their Sesame Chicken and Lemon Chicken (Makes my mouth water just thinking about it!). Sure the place might seem small on the outside and its not one of the most well-known restaurants in San Antonio but its a great little family-owned restaurant.
