Garbage. These guys produce shoddy work, have a "manana" attitude (your boots never will be done when promised), and will arbitrarily raise the price on you when you come to pick up your property when the are finally ready. Not much else to say, just stay far far away.

Excellent service from longtime customer. These guys do great work at a very reasonable price. Their rates are competitive if not cheap and the people are friendly. The other reviewer (servailo) was likely some expecting a starbucks corporate type experience which this is not. It's a family run operation with a lot of character and pride in their work. I did experience my boot's not being done on time at least once, but they finished the work immediately while I waited. You can call ahead if you are concerned about this. All in all a great experience and I don't plan on going any where else to get my many pairs of boots worked on.

A C Boot Repair. Total unprofessionals! Work is NEVER ready when promised. Boot-liners discarded without authorization or compensation-- EVEN AFTER EXPLICIT WARNINGS NOT TO DO SO! Complainants are "disciplined" by refusing to allow payment by credit card-- cash or check only! Total unprofessionals... DON'T go there! Services are overpriced as well....
