Don’t go to this tire shop. Very bad Customer Service. I visited this shop to replace a tire on 10/14/12. The manager and customer service representative demonstrated unprofessional misconduct by being disrespectful, instead of being courteous and polite. I addressed the issue them. They did not apologized nor corrected themselves, nor did they to try to resolve the issue in anyway, to assure great customer service experience. They had acted as if they did not care. I did not buy the tire. The manager and staff are are rude. Don’t go to this shop. We all deserve the best customer service
