Abysmal service. The food is good but the service is absolutely horrid. As a local, I love to eat on the RiverWalk but truly feel sorry for the tourists if their experience is as bad as mine. On 3 separate occasions I went with my husband and all three times we were not even acknowledged, let alone offered a menu or water. I had to go hunt for a server (they were all huddled by the bar chatting) and ask for a menu. A big heavy sigh was the response I received to my request. I will no longer frequent this restaurant due to being ignored and not even acknowledged. The wait staff needs to learn basic courtesy as well as basic customer service skills.
