We came back to the hotel at 3 am &our keys didnt work. Went to the lobby & they thought we had checked out but left our luggage! Gave us another room and free breakfast. Kinda odd!

Hot water runs out quick! Toilets are ridiculously powerful.. You have to experience it to believe it! Parking situation needs to be addressed. Nice rooms!

Thin walls let you hear all kinds of stuff. Then the door reader stopped reading our room key at 10 pm and we had to wait until after 11 until an engineer could unlock the room. Then....
