atrocious. Do not leave your car with them. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They damaged my brand new '11 Challenger about 1 week after I got it by running it into a wall in their parking garage. They have since taken a ticket they wrote my husband's name on and marked "pre-existing damage" on the tag. I can assure everyone my car was not damaged before placing it in the care of their valet service.

I have taken this as far as the district manager over the San Antonio area, and everyone has flat out refused to pay for the damage done to my care. Do not ever use this facility, or any other owned by Central Parking. After doing some research, I have seen several complaints from people that have simply parked in their parking lot. This company is atrocious and should be put out of business.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. I try to see the best in everyone and everything, so when I complain about something I mean it. I park on the normal basis by the rivercenter, for the most part everything goes right, except for a few major things. Car break ins at the East Crockette and Bowie intersection is a problem. At least 5 co workers of mine and my car have been broken into on the lot in broad daylight. The break ins have seemed to stop, but then I just got in the mail a ticket issued by Central Parking for non-payment. The problem is that I did pay, but all there is is a box to put money in so of course I have no reciept. The ticket gets sent off to an outside company located somewhere in Colorado(which is actually just an attorney just collecting money) The phone number provided to dispute the ticket is nothing more than an answering machine, in which you're wasting your time leaving a message because they never do call back(although I have left more than a dozen messages) When I call the parking company all they will tell you is that once the ticket is issued(by them) it is out of their hands. So basically when they make a mistake, they wash their hands of it, and make it your problem. So total cost and all I paid the $5 to park for the day, and the ticket is $45. I have not yet paid this, so if there is anybody out there that has any suggestions of what to do please email me with it. RyanHettenhausen@yahoo.c o m thanks

Scam!!. I had a special date with my fiance on the night of 12/13/2009 to tour the Riverwalk. When we pulled into the park lot at Third and Ave. E (Bonham Lot), another couple was leaving and offered their space and receipt to us because there was still 5 hours left on their spot. Sounded great so we took it. No signs indicating this was not legal. After returning 4 hours later noticed my truck wheels were locked. The attendant was there and said we had to pay the parking fee, which I was more than happy to do. But when he said there was a "State Mandated Fee" for doing this he charged us an additional $108.00. Total Bullshit!! I'm here to tell all avoid parking in any Central Parking Lot properties as I will be spreading this to all I know who frequent downtown and out of state visitors.

Rivercenter Garage Central Parking System over charges contrary to amount posted.. The last two out of three visits to this garage has been a disaster. The first a few years ago with my tire slashed by someone, they knew what happend and charged me up to the time I was able to get my tire changed and get my vehicle out. Security and help only came from another visitor that assisted me.

The latest occured this July 5th. with time credited to my parking, I was charged $6 additional dollars since the line was long and it took 15 minutes for me to get out. The time went to 1.1 hours over which should have been $5 and really should have been for 1 hour due to the long lines.

Stay away from here if at all possible. Charges can go to $22 dollars quickly.

right doesn't know what the left is doing. bad customer service, outreageous prices. I've been trying to a parking pass for the downtown area for a couple of years now. Everyone else has a long wait. Finally I hear of parking being avaliable at the rivercenter garage, so I go to sign up. Next thing I know they are putting me in a parking lot across the street. So for 70 bucks a month I get to park in a lot with no security, and no lighting. (well, except what reflects off the towering garage across the street) I park the next day, my parking card doesn't work. So the guy lets me in anyway, with a ticket from the machine. Says to tell the night attendant what happened so I don't have to pay. I pull in , potholes galore. Then, I go to leave that night and the attendant waves me through. Same thing happens the next night, only no attendant at all. So basically I'm paying for free parking!!!
