Best Hotel in San Antonio!. I had the best experience you could ask for, these people are the best at what they do, and they make you feel welcome and at home here. They will do anything and everything to make sure you're happy. I will be back!!! E-mail me chris@chrismcquade.us for further comments. The pool on top of the roof, man that is a view, the Almo just a few hundred yards away. You have it all, you have everything you need for a nice holiday.

Incorporating luxury into the River Walk.. The Scene
With its signature Hyatt atrium and sweeping views of the River Walk, this centrally-located hotel captures the city's excitement ... as well as a bit of its water supply. A part of the San Antonio River has been diverted through the 16-story lobby, where it flows into the main waterway that runs along the River walk. This hotel has everything it needs to be successful with both business and leisure travelers: luxurious lodgings and location, location, location.

The Details
Guest rooms overlook the River Walk as well as the expansive atrium, providing an excellent home base for a meeting at the nearby convention center or a weekend of partying on the river. For all its nearby assets, the hotel has plenty of amenities of its own, including a complimentary health club, room service, several shops, and a restaurant and bar.

Very Nice Hotel. We had a very nice room with a wonderful view of the riverwalk. Everything was great except for the room service which took two phone calls to the front desk and 45 minutes for wine glasses. It was a very nice stay even though there was a convention going on, but we did not feel crowded. We received a much better price directly from the hotel than any online service.

beautiful. The hotel room was gorgeous. The jazz club on the lobby level is great. The river is right outside the door. The valet parking people were very nice. The valet price is worth it to have your car stowed somewhere safe. Polly Ester's is just a few feet from the hotel. The pool is too small.
