truck robbed/uncaring staff and corprate.
We recently ate at the J.C.S. in San Antonio TX NW loop 410. Sometime during the dinner our truck was broke into and robbed. We asked Manager (Britney) if there was any surrvalence of the parking lot and she said no. She also admitted that there has been NUMEROUS other robberies occuring IN THEIR PARKINGLOT!!!! She also said that Corprate denies their resquest for security. I spoke with corprate and they were VERY NON-UNDERSTANDING!!! Bascilly its "NOT THEIR PROBLEM". He also admitts that I was not the first person that this has happened to. They believe that it was the works of 'criminals', but with the reoccurency of this problem and the uncarring staff/corprate office...how do we know its not employees??????
Was also denied reimburstment of the expensive meal for the inconvience.....
I also have another friend who was robbed at the J.C.S. in the Quarry!!!

A colorful seafood restaurant for kids of all ages--especially the younger ones..
In Short
Admittedly kitschy, unavoidably noisy, this Red Lobster for rug rats is like an oversized seaside shanty awash in oceanic memorabilia--fishing nets, souvenir trinkets, plastic flotsam and jetsam. Staffed with a lively crew of G-rated table-dancing servers, the family-friendly chain anchors its menu in all things crab: Crab balls, crab cakes, crab dip, crab gumbo. Finicky children opt for corndogs or hamburgers; shellfish-phobic adults dine on rib eye steak or mesquite-grilled chicken.
