The Scene
This building began its life as the San Antonio Drug Company. Today it is listed on the National Directory of Historic Places. Situated on a quiet section of the River Walk, the property is a short stroll to the heart of the action. The Alamo, Rivercenter Mall and many other downtown attractions are also within walking distance.

The Details
This all-suites property combines the amenities of an apartment with the convenience of a hotel. One- or two-bedroom suites feature kitchens with full-sized refrigerators, coffeemakers and microwaves. On Monday through Thursday nights, a Manager's Reception presents complimentary light meals with drinks. The hot buffet breakfast is served daily in a pleasant room with River Walk views. For a nice escape, slip upstairs to the pool and spa located on the rooftop.

A bang for your bucks

Stayed over the Labor day weekend. Great price,friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and roomy. Free breakfast and afternoon food and drinks were very good.The best part of the hotel is large room overlooking Riverwalk where the food and drinks are served. Floor to ceiling windows with a view from wherever you sit. Very spacious too. Good location. The only problem we had was that after the maids came in the rooms were actually too cold. But that was a simple fix. We would highly reccommend this hotel.

Visited 5-02. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a leak from adjoining room ice maker which required major repair to carpet which was done very promptly and professionally. Was given a generous adjustment on room rate for slight inconvenience. Great room, I'll be back if possible.
