Jim Cullum Jr. and the renowned troupe of veteran performers, the Jim Cullum Jazz Band, perform regularly. The historic preservation extends beyond the music to the menu, with a dish called tamara, a meatless pâté made of bread crumbs, which originated at the legendary local French restaurant La Louisianne.
