good times. You must get there early to get a good seat...the service was great and the drinks kept flowing...and the end of the night the tap was decent.

Fun for everyone over 21. Though the crowd was mostly 30+ it was a great time. The "dueling" pianos, and comedic antics of the players were great. You do not have to be drunk to enjoy this place. Drinks were good, service was good, and the music was good. I am planning to go again very soon.

Piano bars exist to serve one indelible human need: to sing after you've had a few. Howl at the Moon is a sometimes-excellent piano bar, but a dearth of seating and the large area around the two bars make the place feel like a pickup joint. Nevertheless, it's a piano bar and that means you can't help but have fun when the best songs are played and the packed-in audience starts rocking in off-key enthusiasm.

Best Time You Can Have Along The River. I spent several nights at Howl at the Moon while visiting San Antonio. I had a permanent smile on my face. The piano players are hilarious, they get the whole crowd into it and it is just a blast.

Follow Me to The Moon. because I love this place. I don't go out much but I have been here twice in 6 mos. and it's the best place to relax and have a great time.

For a "Howling" Good Time.... I just got back from San Antonio with my boyfriend. We read the user reviews and decided to try this place out. It was the best time we had all weekend! A bit expensive (but then, we're from a college town and used to getting cheap drinks), totally worth it! We laughed so hard our faces hurt. Surprising to see people of all ages having so much fun all in one place.

AWSOME BAR. If you come to san antonio texas yoy have to come to howl at the moon it is the best bar. I come every weekend.

Most fun you'll have!!!. This place is outfreakinstanding!!! I went there on a whim a few months ago and I cant stay away. THe editor says the piano players try to hard to be musicians...THEY ARE MUSCIANS. I wish I could play that well.

Bring your friends and a couple of bucks and I guarantee you'll have a balst. If your military...extra bonus. Ask them to play your branchs song and get ready to get patriotic! A must for anyone over 21 who enjoys great live music from the oldies of the temptations, elvis, allman brothers up to creed, these guys play it all.

Only one word of advice. If you get there after 9 your probably not gettin a seat so arrive early. After 10, get ready to stand.
