Children's theater places kids at center stage.. Do You Believe in Magik?
Since 1994 Magik Childrens' Theatre has been dedicated to performing live theater for people of ages. Shows were produced in a storefront until 1997 when the city granted Magik a long-term lease in HemisFair Park at Beethoven Hall. Currently, more than 150,000 individuals attend Magik performances each year. Quality, affordable, live theatrical presentations for the entire community are offered to educate, entertain and enrich.

Mission Possible
Because of a goal that theater should be available to all, no one is turned away from the Magik Theatre, regardless of economic circumstances. Productions are chosen to improve reading skills, and all plays are selected from school districts' approved reading lists. In the evenings, classical plays for adults and adolescents are presented. After-school and summer programs are also offered. The Magik Touring Company performs for middle and high schools in San Antonio and surrounding cities.
