stay away from all conn's. they are all about the SALE, but afterwards you are on your own, if you need customer service and follow ups, even when you buy an extended warranty!! the people at the service repair unit are useless, rude and act like they do us a favor by servicing our products! dont kid yourself and think you are actually an important part of their day....cuz you are not. once they have your money, you are out of their hair!! buy your products elsewhere!
