I hired Elegant Limosuine for my wedding day. They arrived at the hotel on time and dropped my older relatives off at the church which was less than 1 mile away. 30 minutes later(!), they still hadn't come back for me, the bride!! Time was ticking so I finally made the executive decision to walk to the church in sunny 90 degree weather in a dress that weighed 10 pounds. I was pretty livid (and sweaty). After the ceremony, we asked to be driven around San Antonio for 30 minutes. I was parched from my previous trek and he didn't have any water. Only lukewarm sprite. For our "romantic" ride the driver decided to take us through downtown stop and go traffic. I felt like i was going to be sick. I made him take us back to the hotel an hour early. I was going to see if anyone else wanted a ride since we had paid for it already. When I went inside, he tried to take off. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who wants an upscale limo ride. Maybe for prom. And definitely don't include a 20% tip beforehand like I did.
Pros: arrived on time
Cons: no cold beverages, bumpy ride, rude driver
