Went there today for lunch(10/14/12). The food was not as good as before. Almost tasted like leftovers. The main bad thing was that it was filthy!!! The seats had food on them, the floor was very dirty and when I looked at the wall next to me there was spots and food that was stuck on it for weeks!!! Looked very filthy, and the walls need new paint, very dirty all over or they need to be scrubbed with clorox, and I usually am ok with a little dirt. I have never written a review before but felt the need to write about this. I have gone there for years. I hadn't been there in about 6 months. When my wife and I go to San Antonio we always eat at this chilis but now we will not go back.
BEST mexican american food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The girl who serviced us was a beautiful salvadorian (whose name i can't remember) and she gave us great service and was very optimistic about the complete menu.. By the time she took the order she was able to stop by every 4 to 8 minutes to check on us which it was a great move! food was awesome and we belive good treatment brings you good taste! We wish they have someone like her on every restaurant; food would taste great everywhere! I we ever go back to this Chilli's location, I will make sure I get a table serviced by this person. Thank you so much for your service!! For now, we are passing the news to our neighboorhod!
Families and an after-work crowd come to this relaxed Tex-Mex chain for sizzling fajitas and a buzzing bar scene..
In Short
Festive decor of colorfully tiled tables, vintage photographs and sunny Southwestern accents welcomes an all-ages crowd at this informal hangout. Youngsters and their parents pile into dining room booths; casual business types toss back margaritas and watch televised sports at the bar. The menu features mild versions of Lone Star state favorites, from double-basted baby back ribs and steak fajitas to red-beef chili and deep-fried onions.
Chili's OLDTIMER, simply can't be beat!!. I absolutely love Chili's Oldtimer burger. The Swiss and Mushroom is also good, but overall I have yet to find a better burger than the Oldtimer [and I've eaten a lot of burgers in my day :O)] I've tried all the other highly touted ones in San Antonio, and some of them are good, but they do not touch the Oldtimer. Get one today, and enjoy the experience :-P
regular patron. I love Chili's at the Quarry! I go there very often and I live outside of San Antonio. I like to go there at night and during the day! The food is great. There is really something for everyone!
