I Agree Law security has very friendly customer service and has gotten back to me very quickly when i left a message. I really liked the fact that they explained everything to me and helped me to understand how it works instead of leaving me in the dark, like several other places. The people i have delt with were very sweet. I highly recommend them!

I have I very different opinion than the last one. The staff is very friendly. I have gotten the answering machine, but very promptly recieved a call back. They have an emercency line you can call, 210-491-5300. What the last comment was VERY wrong about is that they do have auto draft and online pay options, they must have never asked. Overall, great company and service!

LAWS are the cheapest price in town for security, no doubt about it. But sometimes you get what you pay for. My boyfriend and I used to have them. On at least 4 occasions we had called them at the only number they give their customers to call, 340-0306 (in case of emergencies or for questions) and we received an answering machine or no answer at all. Thankfully, I was only calling for a question. Had I been under attack I'd probably be dead. Now that's not every time we called, but even once is disturbing for a security company. After the first time I just never really felt safe with them, after the fourth I was begging my boyfriend to change companies.
We also had occasions when we made appointments and got either a no show or a late show, which I find very rude to say the least. Lastly, I felt their billing system to be a nightmare, they offer no on-line access to your account, they have no auto debit, no email that works, it's the old check & snail-mail routine. Get out your stamps!
I'm now living on my own and I've hired one of the bigger, more well known companies. My new company has one line ONLY for emergencies (or scares). All other calls go to a non-emergency number and from there are routed into various departments. It just feels much more professional and like the staff is big enough that someone is always on the ball for me. I don't want my security company busy on the "one and only line" answering questions (or whatever it was they were doing ) while I was trying to call in an emergency. Also I can now pay my bill on-line (if I want, I don't have to) and I can email them with questions if i need to. I like it much better.
