Tremendous. Casey, the owner of the Vitamin Store is a tremendous asset to anyone who is trying to figure out what to do next. I have been to many doctors with a variety of symptoms and was told I should take a miriad of prescription drugs. There are so many who would treat my physical ailments with drugs that would cause more ailments. Casey is not a Medical Doctor however he has an understanding of the chemistry of the body that I have never witnessed before and am thankful I have experienced now. I almost want to keep him as my secret, but in good conscience I cannot. God bless Casey!!

Outrageous behavior. Actually the rating "EH" is much too good for this store, but was the lowest of the choices.

Having gone to the store to do a return, my wife and I mentioned that we had questions about a certain supplement that we were returning. After exiting the store to retrieve my notes from the car, Dr. Casey launched into a tirade in front of my wife, making comments indicating that we were doubting what he knew; saying "I dont need to see or hear what he thinks", pointing his finger, displaying intense anger, being ugly in general and not wanting to hear what we had to say. He basically was indicating he didn't give a s*** about our concerns. He seemed to have transformed into someone who couldn't tolerate anyone who might be challenging his knowledge and recommendations. My wife was aghast.

Frankly, this man is full of himself and bristles at the least indication that his knowledge might be questioned. His tone and behavior were unacceptable and disrespectful.

My wife has, on one other occasion, while in the store with a neighbor, witness this pitiful excuse for a retailer become rude with our neighbor which was my wife's first encounter with this individual.

I honestly don't know how this man has stayed in business unless he overwhelms his customers with his supposed exceptional knowledge. He talks a good storyline but his temperament is suspect and we will never return.
