The Scene – Somewhat reminiscent of an old western saloon, Chester's customers belly up to the bar to order their burgers. A wall of beer behind the counter entices with thoughts of a cold one and a big-screen television displaying a constant stream of sports hulks like a linebacker in the front dining area. Great Burgers

Even with all the better reviews, it is showing up lower than cheesy janes and fuddruckers. Shouldn't it be about the food and not if its got some plastic play stuff for the kids.

Mediocre at best

Not sure why this place EVER made anyone's best burger list. It is overpriced and mediocre at best. Onion rings were really poor; overcooked and with what apprears to be a conrmeal batter. Have eaten here twice, and it was poor both times. Chris Madrids has nothing to worry about from this chain.

What truly distinguishes Chester's from most other burger joints is its selection of over 180 kinds of imported and domestic beers from Warthog Ale to Elephant Malt.
No Kiddie Meals:
None of the burgers are shrunk for kids' sake but the menu does contain a hotdog, BLT and a grilled-cheese sandwich to satisfy smaller appetites.
