With twice the name and possibly twice the spirit, this bar offers a lighter, more lively alternative.. The Scene
Started by San Antonio's fabled restauranteur Cappy Lawton, Cappyccino's borders Cappy's Restaurant on one end, with a deck of cheerful patio tables running between for outdoor seating. Inside, most tables seat only two, which is just about right for the personal, intimate spirit Cappyccino's engenders.

The Draw
This coffee and drinks bar offers one of the best lists of single-malt Scotches in town. It's great for sampling a variety of mixed bar drinks as well. Long and narrow, the space is dimly-lit, fostering relaxed evening conversation over the limited menu of pita wraps, pizzas, soups and sandwiches. Try the feta pizza, on a crust so thick it resembles a bruchetta. Cappyccino's also excels at fresh crepes, topped with berry jam or nutella, and coffee drinks, mixing the fabled bean with intoxicating brews to form wonderful combos for cold nights.
