poor customer service, owner rude. my husband and i went here to get our wedding invites custom made. the lady who helped us was very nice and helpful. but then when the invitations were made with the wrong color ribbon and i talked to the owner, she was very rude and even blamed it on me! when i asked her what she was going to do about it (discount on thank you cards, programs, something) she laughed in my face! she was a horrible buisness woman and i would NEVER go back or suggest it to anyone!

Not Friendly and High Priced for Customized Wedding Invites. I went to Invitations Etc. and found the customer service to be very rude. The employee there used a condescending tone and was not helpful at all. I would not recommend this company to any bride/groom who is interested in using their services for customized wedding invites.

Best selection, great customer service. This store has abosolutely the best selection of wedding invitations I have ever seen. Not only does the staff listen to your opinions, but they also try to come up with unique ideas and special touches to make your wedding invitations a one of a kind production. I truly felt special when I walked through the door. This store has obviously been around for thirty plus years, they knew what they were talking about! They also have a fantastic selection of gifts, wrapping paper, photo albums, and invitaions for any event you can imagine. I was stunned at the amount of personalized attention I was given and the time they took to customize my invitations specifically for me. I love this store!

Great place for wedding invitations. I like this place because it's all inclusive. You come in, the people are to helpful. You tell them what you're looking for. They give you a huge variety of choices. The prices are clear and include all the printing and choices. I'm having all the invitation for my wedding printed here.
