this is a FABULOUS store. Wonderful gifts! There are all kinds of things - expensive, inexpensive, traditional, modern, ecclectic. Flagging down a salesperson took some time but once I got her attention the sales lady went out of her way to help me. And they wrap and deliver in the area for free.

Can't believe they are in busines. This is truly the worst service at a retail establishment that I have ever seen. The salespeople always seem very busy, but would like to know what the heck they are doing. They certainly are not cleaning up their messy desks scattered through the store. After finally getting someone to help me I found out that they made a mistake on my order and never took responsibility for it. Hanley-Wood believes that they are doing you the "favor" by being in business.
