Don't waste your time with Fun Baskets of San Antonio. TERRIBLE!! Don't waste your time or money! We used the website to order a gift for Christmas for a friend in Texas, near Schertz. This would have been very, very close to the Fun Baskets's location. Thier own website takes online orders. I didn't hear anything for a few days and called to check on the order. I was informed that they "hadn't received any online orders". When I said that I had a confirmation email, I was told that the order "must have gone to SPAM" folder! Whoever I talked to (which sounded like a home/cell number and I had to ask if this was Fun Baskets) didn't even bother to apologize. If this was a legitimate business they would 1. know how to take care of customers, 2. know to check the SPAM folder, 3. know to process online orders IF THE WEBSITE OFFERS THAT OPTION!!! This has caused a horrible problem for us to get a gift ordered in time for Christmas. Please avoid this 'business' at all costs.
