Unreliable and Unfriendly

I placed an order for my mother's birthday while she was in the hospital only to have it later cancelled by the florist due to an unannounced, early holiday. They were more than happy to take my money but did little to take care of my needs. To top it off, they were bumbling, rude and insensitive in their cancellation of my order. Buyer beware.

The flowers were decent quality, but the arrangement was incorrect. Maybe they'd be better next time, but I don't think I'll give them another chance.
- Cons: Bad customer service post sale, bad quality of materials used, bad recreation of arrangement
