Order and you may or may not receive!. I ordered an arrangement for my best friends niece who passed away and requested an angel as a keepsake in the floral arrangement. Her parents fell in love with the figurine and kept it for themselves. I called and requested two additional angels be sent so I could give my friend one as well as the grandmother as a keepsake. I have waited for almost two week to receive the shipment. I have called twice only to be told they are "too busy". HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Unreliable and Unfriendly. I placed an order for my mother's birthday while she was in the hospital only to have it later cancelled by the florist due to an unannounced, early holiday. They were more than happy to take my money but did little to take care of my needs. To top it off, they were bumbling, rude and insensitive in their cancellation of my order. Buyer beware.

Not the best. The flowers were decent quality, but the arrangement was incorrect. Maybe they'd be better next time, but I don't think I'll give them another chance.
