Totally SHOCKED!!. I am rating this answering service based on the treatment I received when I called one of their clients. On the first call the operator was rude and curt and hung up on me before I could even leave my ext. # When I called back to ask for the owner or supervisor, she said they were not there and proceeded to continue an incredible rudeness to the point of saying, "You better SHUT UP and stop telling me what to do"!! I was totally SHOCKED! If this service does not monitor their operators any better than this, then BEWARE! Just think if I had not been aware that this was an answering service! The business I was calling would have definitely LOST MY BUSINESS!
