I first began to learn and practice Kundalini yoga a year ago at Divine Yoga. The experience has been life-changing. The studio offers both Hatha and Kundalini yoga, with a wide variety of class times and teachers. Kundalini yoga, specifically, combines the challenges of a yoga practice with deep meditation. Not only do I feel physically stronger and more flexible, I am a calmer and more centered person. The owners of the studio have created a warm and lovely environment for their students, with periodic workshops and vegetarian potluck meals in addition to the array of weekly classes. I highly recommend Divine Yoga to both beginners and advanced yoga practitioners.
