FANTASTIC!. I have had several heating and cooling guys out to look at my furnace and all of them told me that I would need an entirely new unit and that the old one was not salvagable. I received 5 quotes total and the lowest one was $3900. Wilks Inc. was able to diagnose the problems and fix them within the same day which happened to be Christmas Eve. Excellent heating and AC company. I had CPS come out and light the pilot for my furnace. There was a yellow flame and I was told I needed to have a pro come look at it. The first company I called came out and said the entire unit needed to be replaced. They said they tried "every trick in the book". I called another heating and AC company. They checked the heater and also said the whole thing needed to be replaced. Finally, I called Wilks Inc. Patrick Wilks came out. He found a papertowel stuffed in the burner.
