When I initially called to place my order I felt as if they paid little attention to what I was saying and to the detail of what I was ordering . When my order showed up four days later it was completely wrong it was missing parts, billed for part I didn't order, and I received items that I didn't order. I ordered a $45 part and received a $300 part. being an honest person I called them and explained the situation. I was asked to send a pic of the wrong part I received via email. I was then told that they would next day air the correct item that I ordered and they would send me a label so I could mail back the wrong item. Two days past and no Item?? I called and they told me it was coming from their warehouse and they will have it the next day,then they would send it next day air? Why not send directly to me ? but whatever not a big deal. Finally three days later I received the return shipping label but still know Item. I then called them to let them know I received the shipping label but still had not received my original item. I was told he had to get back with me that the owner was handling it,this was Friday morning ,no return call received ?? So Monday I call again to find out what was going on and was told the owner wasn't in and he would call me back. The end of the day comes still no return call, so I call back . The first thing I was asked is if I had sent the wrong item back yet,not "I'm sorry ,your item is in the mail" , no kind of customer service at all. I told them that I had not sent it back yet, but would as soon as I received the correct item I ordered. Normally I would have sent it as soon as I received the label but felt unsure of them since I was getting the run around..I felt as if they thought I was gonna cheat them. If I was gonna cheat them I would have never called them and told them about it to begin with. He said the owner would only send me the part I ordered if I sent the wrong one back and only then they would send me my part. I am sending their crap back tomorrow,I hope I get the part I ordered the next day or just give me a refund.I will never do business with them again. Thanks to the owner whom I never spoke with on the phone, some rude lady who answers the phone and hangs up on you when trying to find out about your order, to Billy who cant do much about anything without the owners approval, oh and the tech guy new his stuff and was completely helpful. 3 weeks deep in wait time,wish me luck.
