With 99 bus routes, VIA has the city covered.. How To Get To
With four special streetcar routes downtown and 95 regular bus routes, VIA Metropolitan Transit Service has San Antonio covered. Some of VIA's more tourist-friendly services include an express route from downtown to SeaWorld and Fiesta Texas, as well as two cultural routes. The No. 7 hits the Zoo, McNay Art Museum, Witte Museum and Pioneer Hall, S.A. Botanical Gardens and Alamo Plaza, while the No. 40 stops at the Alamo, La Villita, Lone Star Brewery and the five missions.

Park-and-Ride
For special events around town--above all, Spurs games and Fiesta events--VIA provides park-and-ride service from three locations:

. Randolph Boulevard at IH-35 and Loop 410
. Crossroads Mall
. McCreless Mall

The number of buses going to and fro generally depends on the projected attendance. Round-trip service is $5, and buses depart approximately one hour before each event.
