Sad experience. I have traveled many miles in the past to have their yummy veggie burgers and sweet potato fries. If that is what you're after forget it. Today the line was out the door. Then my formerly good veggie burger with black eyed peas was changed to a poor bun, thin patty with no flavor and my sweet potato fries were black and burned. I won't go back.

wonderfully unique. This place is a must see in San Antonio! Friends all love this place when I take them there! Staff is extremely friendly! Cant say enough! Love this place!

With the best fish tacos in SA, organic beef burgers, and live music, what's not to love?. When I say the best fish tacos in SA, I mean just that; in SA. If you want awesome fish tacos, you need to go to southern Calif., which I believe is where fish tacos started. There is a difference between Tex-Mex, and Baja Mex. However, this place is a very unique venue, with live music, beer and wine tasting, organic, TX beef, a car wash, a laundry mat, and place for the kids to play. Check it out sometime, it is worth it!

GREAT FOOD, GREAT ATMOSPHERE. We visit the cove about 4-5 times a month. The food is great and you can never go wrong eating good food! The service is always GREAT, cannot get enough of the organic sweet potato fries!!!!

Everything on the menu is great my new favorite is the TEXAS BURGER YUM!!!

GREAT SELECTION ON BEER, FRIENDLY STAFF I highly recommend it!

What's the hub, bub?. We finally made it to the Cove on a Sat eve. Sorry to say we were'nt that impressed by anything. Its unique that a casual, organic serving restaurant offers a laundry mat, car wash, live local music & fun 'n games all at one location. Make a nite of washing and eating if you like. About the food, we ordered the seafood sampler which includes a fish taco, shrimp taco & spinach salad & the Cate salad which has grilled apples, goat cheese, walnuts & added chicken to make it a meal. They're famous for their fish tacos, I don't see why. The taco barely had any fish in it, mostly cabbage mix 'n sauce and on the small side. The shrimp taco also on the small side, had three smallish shrimp, cabbage mix 'n wasabi sauce. The spinach salad was your classic baby spinach, fresh sliced mushrooms & red onion, nothing special. My date was still hungry after this plate. The Cate salad was pretty tasty though, mixed greens, grilled apples, creamy goat cheese, walnuts & enough chicken to fill you up. I figured I could make this at home now. I also make a mean shrimp taco. That nite there was a live rock band that sounded pretty good and a big mix of people. On the plus side they do serve organic foods, Texas raised meats, and offer entertainment at a reasonable price. I just would'nt eat here if I was really hungry. And I'm not going to pay $7.50 for bean 'n cheese nachos when the rest of the city offers them for half the price & twice the amount.

wow. I can`t believe San Antonio has a place like this!!! With Lisa`s concern for serving top quality food for reasonable prices you can`t go wrong dining here. They also have over 100 flavors of beer. It can be a difficult task determining what beer to start with. A great place to bring the family and hear some of the best bands around. Keep up the good work Lisa.

Great Place To enjoy Live Music while eating.. I was looking for Ruben V to listen to his music, I found him playing at The Cove. We were also hungry after a day of hard work. Looked up The Cove & was glad to know there was also food served. Once there the food was great . We're watching our Health, Great Menu choices. All staff members we spoke to were very friendly. We enjoyed the night. Also prices & No Smoking inside.

Best Eclectic Scene in San Antonio. The COVE is an unknown treasure in San Antonio. Only

1 1/2 miles from the Alamo and nestled next to SAC on

Cypress, not only can you do your laundry, wash your car,

but also listen to some great local live music and eat

a Fish Taco!!!!
