OVER-CHARGED AND INSULTED. DO NOT go here. I was overcharged and when I asked for a reason I was met with hostility. I was even confronted in the parking lot. I felt very threatened. I was given my money back but still received no reason for the charge. Very shady business practices. DO NOT open a tab here, just pay cash, or go somewhere you can trust, and not someplace trying to rip you off.

Do not open a tab here!!!. This is a great local bar. Really low-key, easygoing. Great to decompress. I go there at least three times a month.I usually pay cash here, but the one time I had a credit card tab, the bartender overcharged us by $19. He tried to act like it was our fault because we had three people putting drinks on the tab and even chided me for that. But in reality, it is not difficult for bartenders to keep track of a tab. It wasn't busy and there were only about three other open tabs in the whole bar. He either ripped us off thinking that we wouldn't notice that it was about double what it should have been, or he really made a big mistake. Mistakes are fine. Becoming belligerent when someone soberly asks for clarification is not okay. We asked for an itemized bill and he blew us off. He was very rude. To be fair, the rest of the bartenders are great, and we had never seen this guy before. Don't avoid this place, it's great. Just don't start a tab.

Fun Cozy Neighborhood Dance/Conversation Bar. When i go to a Gay Bar, i expect for it to be a Man's Bar. I want to see nothing but gay Men there. This Bar has that atmosphere most of the time. That's what San Antonio needs more of Real Gay Men Bar's/Clubs.

EMBARASSING!!!. If you want a cozy atmosphere with friendly and inviting service DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had been to this bar a couple of times and had tons of fun with my guy friends. Until, I decided to bring my girlfriends...this is an ANTI LESBIAN joint!! One of my girlfriends was talked down to by the bouncer and actually left the place crying. It was embarassing and extremely unacceptable!!!

Despite its popularity, 2015 can be stone dead at midnight on a Saturday. Dark and a little on the sleazy side, the large room houses a sizable but rarely used sunken dance floor, a number of video poker machines, an ATM machine and pool tables. The clientele seems to be 30-somethings and up and is becoming a mix of men and women, although the bartender hopes the trend won't continue. He also mentioned that they look forward to featuring male strippers on Wednesday nights.

For Starters
2015 is a good place to spend time before hitting the clubs--it's quiet enough to plan an evening. Since drink prices haven't changed since the '80s, it's easy to hang-out until 1am, which is when most of the dance clubs start happening.
