Outstanding customer service!!!

Dr Medina has an excellent bedside manner, and a competent, professional staff. This man loves what he does, and it shows! The optical store attached to this Dr is just as amazing! They have a very up to date array of designer frames and sunglasses, and very friendly, personable staff. I have received the most incredible personal service that you can imagine; from "loaner" prescription sunglasses until my order arrived, to flexible payment options for those higher powered prescriptions requiring advanced technology, which usually correlates to a higher cost. I will remain a customer and patient here as long as I am in San Antonio. This place beats any "box" optical hands down, any day!

My husband and I were VERY BLESSED in finding Dr. Medina so early after our arrival here in San Antonio. He is just super and so thorough in his exams and has great bedside manner...extremely personable and very professional. All 3 of our boys are also seeing him for exams. Can't say enough great things about him and his staff!
