They have absolutely horrible customer service. They were more interested in getting out of the office for Fiesta events than taking my appointment. And, on the day of the appointment, I called that morning to confirm. Everything was fine. Later that afternoon after my wife left work, they had no record of coming to our home. Do not use them since they are unreliable. They have no remorse for making people miss work.

I have used Alamo Service since 1996 and in the past 3 years their service has been awful. I have been trying to get my dacor range fixed since January and here we are March 6th and it is still not fixed. The reson for this is the techs no show,they tell dispatch they are on their way and then never show up at the home. This has happpened at least 5 times since January.
Cons: they do not show up
