Wow, what a lot of bad reviews. Since there is never an excuse for bad customer service EVER, I had to see for myself. Maybe they got the hint and changed the staff attitude! The girl behind the counter was attentive at the appropriate time. She did not ignore me nor did she lunge at me the moment I entered the store.Personally I don't like to be accosted by staff when I enter a store. I'm a professional fashion stylist and I found the merchandise to be of top quality, clean, well organized and the labels were great. In short I was impressed. I live in Dallas and this store is on par with our consignment stores.

I made my one and only visit to the shop recently. There were no other customers but the two sales woman at the counter did not even look up to greet me. I shopped for about :10 minutes and walked out when I heard the comments they made when someone phoned and asked a question. I will NEVER shop there again.
Pros: None
Cons: Terrible customer service.
