NOT WORTH THE MONEY. It was a disaster. In December myself and my two boys went to the location on Culebra. There was only one person working and five of us in there. She took 45 minutes to complete two younger teens. By then a family of four came in. A total of eight people came in. She later had a friend off the street come in and do her own hair at one of the stations? It was so trashy. Her attitude was that she had no care in the world and it just looked as if she was deliberately taking her time on as to make a point to customers and management. The father of the family of four went out to make a call to the main office then left with his family. I made a call to the main office to let them know if the issue. NOTHING WAS DONE. As of Jan 2012 that same person with the tattoos and the attitude is still there. That company has lost my business with a family family of four. I blame her and management for this. Good luck!

Yeah right. audiguy102371 works at the main office and he owns a black Audi. I take my kids to the one on Fredrickburg. It's ok but I would never let them do mine.

Great Service and Haircuts !!!. I've been a Rios customer for over 10 years and every time i've received a great haircut and the prices are real reasonable. Rios seems to be changing their image with their new look....The salons are looking really nice. I went to a couple of their new salon in Boerne and the one on Marbach Road and let me tell you, I felt like i was walking into some "Highend" salon. My wife and I love the New Look. Rios seems like they are opening more new salons with its New Image. Rios, yall are doing a hell of a job. I would recommend all my friends and family to go to Rios!!!! Thanks again, Rios Golden Cut for servicing me and my family.

Never again. I just moved to San Antonio and made the mistake of going there. She acted annoyed when I asked to shampoo it, and mine was done in less than 5 minutes. My husband had to fix it because she left long pieces. I wish I would have seen this review before I went there : (

Do Not Go To Any Rio's Location!. These are some of the ugliest salons I've been to and the service is horrible not to mention the cuts are substandard. And when I called to complain @ the main office they just blew me off and never called back. My son's hair looked very uneven and was done in 7 minutes! I honestly do not understand how this company stays in business.
