Very Poor. Do not call this service! They are strictly out for money. I asked them to clean my bathrooms and kitchen and nothing else. They quoted me a price over the phone and NEVER MENTIONED THERE WAS A 4 HR LIMIT. The maid took 2 hrs with my kitchen even though I told her that the bathrooms were a priority. Then she hurriedly cleaned half of my bathrooms and cleaning was very poor. Then she asked for more money to stay an extra hour to clean the remaining 2 bathrooms. I paid her and she did a poor job on the bathrooms. When I called to complain, the manager was not at all accomodating (he should have sent someone over for free to redo the bathrooms). He just said "sorry no one told you there is a 4 hr limit." I caution the public to NOT USE THIS service.

Great Maid Service. We Very Willing To Do Things My Way.. I really enjoy this company. They keep things simple and are willing to work with you. They gave me an estimate over the hone and were willing to follow my agenda instead of their program designed to squeeze dollars out of the customer. I did notice that they get very busy near the weekend and I have had to call in early to guarantee a thursday or Friday appointment. The other thing I really enjoyed is the way they were willing to adjust the cleaning time on a very short notice. When I asked about using mu supplies they were willing to do that also. Other companies had a bunch of reasons why they couldn't do it.

One suggestion I would offer is to try calling a company more than once. Most services never answer their phone or will answer it the one time you call and then you can never reach them again. If I can't reach a person easily I will vote with my feet. I have read several comments about the office staff being very friendly and helpful. I found this o be true in my experience also.

A year later they are still doing great!
