It's not just for pool players, it's also for golfers.. The Scene
On one recent rainy Friday afternoon, there were a half a dozen young men in Clicks getting drunk and playing golf video games. Other options are available, such as Trivia Network and electronic darts, but people mainly come here for the pool. It's little wonder--the equipment is probably in as good shape as anything you'll find anywhere. In fact, everything in the place looks like it was bought brand-new yesterday.



The Pool


Figuring out the schedule of fees for pool was about as easy as Chinese arithmetic, but a few things stand out: Couples play free on the weekends. Cops play free always. Sunday and Wednesday is free pool for bar and restaurant employees. The rest of the time, it'll cost you one or two or three dollars per person per hour, depending on the phase of the moon. There are nightly drink specials, and they change monthly.

There are several choices for league play available. One standout is the cue league. If you show up every week for league play, you'll receive a free pool cue stick.
