If you want it done right, go to Dale's. Aside from amazing automotive work, at Dale's they go out of their way to see that you are taken care of. I work a hectic schedule and have little time to handle personnel business, so rather then making time Dale just had my car dropped off at my house. Outstanding customer service. I would recommend Dale's to anyone... Thanks..

My wife had an accident and had the car towed to Dale's Collision. Spoke with Dale and was assured everything would be taken care of and it was. I'm very satisfied with their service and highly recommend this collision repair shop to everybody.

Terrific Service. I definitely would recommend Dale's Collision Repair to anyone. I unfortunately was on the bad receiving end of our recent Hail Storm in San Antonio. I took my car to Dale's after I was told from another company it would take an entire week, Dale had it done in a couple of days. He even helped me out with another dent I had already in my car. I was very happy he went the extra mile, definitely knows how to take care of his customers.

Best auto body/collision repair in Texas. Nobody wants to be in an auto accident. But if you are -- and I have been over the years --Dale's Collision Repair is the best auto/truck body repair in all of Texas. Dale owns and operates the business. His family works with him. He is honest, thorough, and fair. And insurance companies respect him and love working with him. The work is done on time and as promised. Your car -- as was true of mine -- will actually look better than new when Dale is done with it. I whole heartedly recommend Dale's Collision and Repair to one and all. It's the only place I will ever go for body work and repair on my vehicles.

Excellent in every way!. I came to Dale's highly recommended and I also found it to be a reasonably priced, great work,and the length of time to repair was better than I expected. I told Dale that he had me as a customer for life.

Awesome service. Dales collision repair has awesome customer service the staff is very professional and curtious . Dale reassured me everything was going to be fine. I had my car back in as little as a week also did an awesome job looked like new. Have no problems since then . I would recommend them anyone that needs work done and the price is affordable.

Worst Place Ever. I had a hit and run accident, and my car happened to be towed to Dale's Collision Repair. My cars been in there for almost three months and they blame me for not signing a notary. When no auto mechanic has ever asked for a thing. They give times its going to be ready and then don't even call. Every time i call them they say something else is wrong with the car. This place is awful. Don't Go Here!

Awesome Service. I had the pleasure of taking my 2 sons cars for body repair. Didn't imagine that I would associate the word "pleasure" with car body repair. The team at Dale's is professional, responsive and pleasant. Dale explained all that would be done and quoted me a price after thoroughly evaluating the cars. The service was completed when promised and they help arrange transportation for me. The work was first rate. Can't say enough good things about Dale and his team.

Excellent Body Work & Paint Job. Dale's Collison Repair not only has great customer service, the repair that was performed on my 2002 Mercedes and the paint job was outstanding. My Mercedes looks awsome. I would highly recommend Dale's Collison Repair to anyone needing work done on their car.

Outstanding Service. After going to Dale's Collision Repair I felt very comfortable that I wouldn't be taken advantage of. Being a woman with very little knowledge about cars I unfortunately experienced the unprofessionalism from other repair shops I visited. Dale and his staff made my visit pleasant and explained my options in terms I could understand not being familiar with mechanical terminology. And for that reason I continue to take my cars to Dale's Collision Repair and am very pleased with the service from this shop.
