Great Customer Service. I read your free frame breakage warranty and printed it out and headed to Eyemart with that in hand. As I entered Karen was happpy to help me. Karen was happy to replace my frames and did so beautifully. She was extremely helpful, patient and kind. I would like to let her know that I appreciate her doing everything she could to help me. Thank you for your assistance and Kudos to Karen!!!
