Around 5:50 p.m. today, my husband and I took our hungry grandson in for his favorite sonic burger and cheese sticks.. I placed an order for #2, mayo, no onions or pickles,super size tater tots, and a coke, a bacon cheese burger, with only bacon, cheese and meat and a med order of cheese sticks. I called back and ordered a small cherry lime drink. When the order arrived the coke had been super sized and a peach tea had been added to the order. The car hop returned the entire order. After a wait, that took a little too long, we recevied our order----the cheese sticks had been left off order and the super sized tater tots box was only half full. Finally we had our cheese sticks and headed for home, with cold food. Upon arriving home the bacon cheese burgers was loaded with the works. No way was our grandchild going to eat one bite and I really don't blame him. I called and asked for the manager and was told I was speaking to the manager, Michelle. She said she was sorry and I said I should get an adjustment on my bill. Michelle said I would get a free meal the next time in. Good Michelle, this still didn't feed my grandson and your location is better than 2 miles from my house. After this experience why would I want to return and what assures me that I get a free meal?
