Regis has left the show!.
I went to Regis Salon for my birthday haircut since my hair place closed down, and I loved the one in SF so I'd figure to try them out. Horrible! I asked for side bangs and they didn't even look like bangs just a short face layer. I figured I'd try them again for bangs, the store manager was the one who cut my bangs and did a horrible job. If you don't know how to cut bangs don't even try! She cut into my hair line, didn't know what rock star style bangs looked liked even after I showed her a picture. They were not straight, choppy looking. I suggest if you go to this location DO NOT sit in Debi's Valdez the store manager's chair, ask for someone else.!
I have been to this location several times and they always do a great job with the actual hair cut. Last time I got my hair colored and highlighted. It came out exactly like I wanted, except that they got the dye everywhere. When I got home I had dye on my forehead, ears, neck, and even a little on my chest. I am planning on going back this weekend, but I'm going to be trying a different stylist. I'm going to try Whang, my mother in law swears by this stylist so I expect everything should go well. Hopefully I won't have dye all over the place. Overall, I would recommend this salon to others, they are very friendly, helpful, and professional.
