Friendly and Helpful GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I am recently divorced and was left with an old car and not so great credit. My salesperson Carl treated me wonderfully and listened to my problem, they were able to help me get my beautiful new Expedition and most importantly treated me as if the problems did not exist and never gave up. If you need a new vehicle don't bother wasting your time anywhere else Northside is the only place to go.

Screws You and Sends You on your way

Took my new vehicle in for very minor work (replace radio antenna that broke). Northside kept it almost 2 full days. Returned it with BODY DAMAGE below the antenna and claimed it was like that when I dropped it off. It's your word against their techs. You lose. Good luck... they even have the gall to say "That fine print you signed? That releases us from all liabilities." so even if they were honest and admitted they caused damage during a repair, they don't give a hoot. Screw the customer...there are plenty more what you came from, is their motto.
- Pros: close to my home
- Cons: took 2 days for a minor repair AND returned vehicle with body damage they claim they didn't cause. Hateful, rude.

Quick and easy deal

I was $8K upside down in my old truck and they put me into the new truck I wanted quickly and with the deal I expected.
