Very pleasant buying experience!
by Nyorn at Citysearch
I knew I wanted a Ford Explorer, so I was checking local inventories online when I found the one I wanted at Northside Ford. I contacted the dealer via email and we talked back and forth several times. When I went in to see the vehicle and try to negotiate a deal, my salesperson, Curtis Markland was completely polite and respectful and offered me a deal I literally couldn't refuse. He had lowered the price of the Explorer and gave me a great price on my trade-in. It was an easy and pleasant buying experience and I love my beautiful new Explorer. Thanks Curtis and Northside Ford!!
Northside Ford Employees Are Liars And Cheats

Northside Ford does nothing but lie and cheat their customers. They say one thing while they are trying to sell you the car. After they have sold you the car they lie and double talk around any commitments they made to you. I would walk rather then buy a car from Northside Ford ever again.
Worst experience as a consumer

Went to dealership in January to look at trading in current car and purchasing new one. Salesman played the age old car salesman game of high pressure sales. This dealership does not realize the amount of information the consumer has access to these days. They try to bully the customer into listening to their lies. When you ask for the substantiated evidence of their claims, they will lie and tell you why they are right and you are wrong. Then, when you call their lie they tell you that you dont know what you are talking about and because they are experts in the car business they are right etc. etc. etc. Its like what are you talking about- I have had the car appraised and I know what the car you are trying to sell is worth. Yeah and then good luck at getting your keys back from the sales manager while they try to find something wrong with your car to build their case......In fact I got the deal they said I could not get at another dealership. Thanks for the lies and waste of time Northside...... I have even asked around with friends colleagues and have heard nothing but bad stuff about these guys. I am sure glad I did not become the next sucker they screwed and I really don't know how they would ever sell a car to anyone.
- Pros: Location
- Cons: Terrible Experience
Never heard back from the Saleman

Gave me a great internet price over the phone, guess to good to be true, and said he would email the price quote to me. Called a couple of days later left message and still never heard back. It has been almost a week. Guess they weren't that eager to sell the car. So going with another Ford dealer. First time I have heard of bad service even before the deal. It was one of the Internet pricing deals, and he gave a great sales pitch on the phone.

I am recently divorced and was left with an old car and not so great credit. My salesperson Carl treated me wonderfully and listened to my problem, they were able to help me get my beautiful new Expedition and most importantly treated me as if the problems did not exist and never gave up. If you need a new vehicle don't bother wasting your time anywhere else Northside is the only place to go.
- Pros: Restaurant, Play Area for the kids, Great Staff
- Cons: None
