Nice store, but..... Unless you're a size 4 - 14 they don't have anything for you. Very expensive, might as well go and buy a new outfit for what they are charging.

Lost 4 dining room chairs and lied about it. We took a dining room table and 4 chairs, and a large armoire unit to this store. They successfully sold the armoire, but did not seel the table and chairs. We were advised to let them try another consignment agreement and try to sell them. When we went into the store, the table and chairs were not there. We asked for them and the manager would never return our call. Finally, after repeated attempts to contact him, he told us they could not locate them. My husband was told to come to the warehouse and see if he could find them. He went. There was no organizational system in place. After wandering around for about an hour, he found the table, but the chairs were nowhere to be found. They refused to reimburse us for the chairs. They said our agreement had run out and we had left them for too long unclaimed. We told them they would never return our calls, but they did not change their stance. We were left high and dry and they took our four chairs without compensating us one dime!!

Staff is Awesome, Some Great Items. The sales staff is AWESOME and super friendly. They have some really great bargains for designer labels, but you have to search. They do have some junk to sort through.

Like other consignment shops in the area, they knowingly sell fake designer purses. The tags will say "Faux Gucci" or something of that nature. This is illegal and immoral. I really wish they didn't do this because I would like to shop at their establishment. Unfortunately, I don't feel right about giving my business to places that do this.

Amazing Store!! Best Ever!!. There are 4 stores in San Antonio(2 clothing & 2 furniture), who else can say that? It is so convenient to stop by. The staff is VERY friendly and the merchandise is FABULOUS! Its a great store for those looking to spend a little more for high end fashion, or just looking for cute clothes at GREAT prices. Brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Isabella Fiore, Juicy Couture, Lacoste, ALWAYS a HUGE selection of jeans with brands such as Rock and Republic, Sevens, Citizens, True Religion, Juicy Couture, DVB, Very Vera, Hudson, David Kahn, Paige, you name it, they have it!! The consignment girls are tough but very friendly. Hey, they have to be picky otherwise the store would be filled with dirty torn trash and out of style junk that people want to get rid of. That's not what the store is about!!! And then the furniture stores are GREAT! When I walked into the 1604 furniture store I had to double check if it was consignment... The store looks like a small version of Ethan Allen. GORGEOUS furniture at GREAT bargins...AND YOU CAN SPECIAL ORDER BRAND NEW FURNITURE AT THE FRACTION OF RETAIL PRICES!!! Friendly and Warm staff are not pushy like normal furniture sales men, these girls are Super Cute and ready to help you any way they can! Linda, the owner, is such a sweet and friendly lady who brought GREAT Fashion Consignment to San Antonio 30 YEARS AGO!! She's a GENIUS! Let's be Loyal San Antonio!!
