Exceptionally Creative. A failed SD card from a camera threatened loss of valuable vacation pictures. Two shops closer to home said that the data couldn't be recovered from crashed SD card. It was worth the longer trip to San Antonio's "Laptop Specialist", because they stuck with it till they recovered the pictures.

Best vendor in San Antonio. I have been doing business with these folks for over 10 years, with never a disappointment. Everyone respects my time and business needs. They always get their work done as promised, they always call me back when necessary, and I can always count on them for up-front and honest advice. It is hard to find a vendor like this anywhere.

Excelent Service. I have never had any issues with BJ Assoc. They always take care of my needs and wants. They always go above and beyond what is expected of them. I would recomend them to anyone.

Excellent Service. These guys really are the best in the business. They were friendly, courteous, and very professional. They let kept me updated throughout the repair and their prices we're very fair. The same job at best buy was going to cost me over three hundred dollars! That's the last time I go there. From here on out I'm coming here.

Wonderful Customer Support. This place is great. I've been going there with my computer needs for 3 years now. Their personal service is the best. They are quick and very responsive to your needs. They just renovated and the front looks amazing. Everything you need is in reach, and if they don't have it they can get it in quick. The reception is friendly, as soon as you walk in the door you get a good day smile. It's kind of like a family there. Very professional, but they make you feel at home. When you call you get the same people all the time so you know who you are talking to just by the voice and they do remember you.

Best service!. I have gone to both locations and I must say that I wouldnt choose anyone over BJ Associates.

I went to several other placed around San Antonio and was given wait times of approx. 6-10 business days.

When I walked in both stores, they took it in and within a few hours were able to repair my issue or update me on the situation.

The staff was very friendly and the young man up front at the 151 location was very very helpful.

I wouldnt recommend anyone else in the south san antonio area but BJ Associates.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!!. Don't know who that crazy person is, but I have been using these guys for the last ten years and they have been just great! If something is not worth repairing, they will tell me not to do it. For a small diagnosis fee I know if I have a boat anchor or not. I use them for all of my clinics and they have always been straight. They backed up and saved all my data for 15% of what another company quoted me. I recommend them to all of my medical friends, who are usually computer handicapped.

Unprofessional and unwilling to resolve complaints.. This company is very expensive. They lost a part to my computer while there for repair. Unprofessional. Unwilling to resolve complaints. When reported to a company that handles business complaints, they stated my complaint was to "punish" them...childish. Would NEVER return there or recommend.
