Great place and excellent service. There is shuffle board, darts, pool, and trivia. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed. Great for a date or hanging out with friends.

Cootey's Tavern & Kitchen gets an A+. What a great place. The first time I walked in I thought that I was in a San Antonio version of Cheers. Really. I've met great people here. The drinks are reasonably priced and you can actually sit down and talk with your friends without having to yell over loud terrible music. The bartenders are great, really make you feel welcome and spend time talking with you. Food is good, pool, shuffleboard, karaoke occasionally and a great mix of people. They also have TVs everywhere to enjoy a game or race. I am tired of going downtown to have my wallet emptied for a couple of beers, this is the perfect place to relax.

great people, lots of fun,. You know, we went to Cootey's for a couple of drinks and ended up having a great time. Of course the drinks were good... we were drinking amaretto sours, and they were some of the best we ever had. Mostly though, we enjoyed the great people that were there. The owner appeared throughout the night and really made us feel welcome and made sure we knew our patronage was appreciated. Did I mention that the food was good?!!

Great Place to get away from it all. Cootey's is a great place to get away from the hussle and bussle and have a good time. The service is excellent and there is plenty to do. Pool, darts, shuffle board, lots of TV's to watch different cahnnels,kareoke, the ocassional band, party reservations available, light food menu, wireless Internet and best of all great prices and very friendly people. Did I mention the great jukebox? I highly recommend stopping by.
